Bug reports
If something on the site is broken, please include the URL of the page, the browser you were using, and what you were trying to do. Screenshots are welcome but not required. We aim to respond to bug reports within a week.
Press and research
If you are a journalist or a researcher writing about online IQ testing, we are happy to answer questions about our methodology, our item sources, and our position on the upsell-driven test market. We do not currently share aggregated response data, but we plan to once the sample is large enough to release without re-identification risk.
Corrections
If you find a factual error in any article on this site, please write to us with the article URL and a one-line description of the issue. We post corrections inline and add a dated note at the bottom of the article when the correction changes the meaning of the piece.
What we cannot help with
We cannot interpret your individual score for you. We cannot tell you whether you 'qualify' for any particular program based on a MindRank IQ result, because online tests are not used as gatekeepers for legitimate programs. If you need a clinical-grade IQ score for any official purpose, please see a licensed psychologist.
