The short version: we do not require an account, we do not collect your email, and we do not store your test results on our servers.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, your email address, your phone number, your demographic data, or any other personal information from the test itself. The test does not require an account, and we do not offer one. There is no login on this site.
What we do collect
We collect standard anonymous server logs (the URL you requested, the timestamp, an IP address, and a user-agent string) for the purpose of operating the website and detecting abuse. These logs are retained for fourteen days and then deleted. We do not link them to any individual user.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not run third-party tracking pixels. Our advertising partner may set its own cookies for ad personalization; you can opt out of ad personalization in your browser or via the standard industry mechanisms (Network Advertising Initiative opt-out, your browser's Do Not Track signal).
Where your test result lives
Your test result is encoded in the URL of the result page. It does not exist on our servers. If you bookmark the page, you can return to your result later; if you close the tab without bookmarking, the result is gone, and we cannot retrieve it for you.
Children
MindRank IQ is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has used the site, please contact us and we will assist as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy we will post the updated version here with a dated note. We will not retroactively reduce the protections that applied to information we have already collected.
