Acceptance
By using MindRank IQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The terms may change from time to time; we will note the date of any material change at the top of the page.
Intended use
MindRank IQ is intended for personal, educational, and recreational use. You may take the test as often as you like. You may share your result with others; we ask that you do not present an online IQ score as a clinical or formal assessment.
No warranty
We provide the site as-is. We do our best to keep the test calibrated and the articles accurate, but we make no warranty that the site will be error-free or available at all times. Online IQ tests carry a larger standard error of measurement than supervised clinical assessments; we say so on every relevant page.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal operation. You may not attempt to compromise the site's security, reverse-engineer its scoring, or impersonate the site. You may quote and link to our content for non-commercial purposes; please cite us and link back.
Intellectual property
The site's articles, design, and code are ours. Our test items are modeled after public-domain pools and are released under a permissive license consistent with the source pools we built on. The site name and logo are ours; please ask before using them in a way that suggests endorsement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any decision you make on the basis of an IQ score from this site. Online tests are educational; they are not the appropriate tool for high-stakes decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by a friendly email exchange will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
